Use this page to contact Off Leash Labs, the maker of Prettify. Send questions, bug reports, license problems, and refund requests to the same place.

## Email

Send an email to <offleashlabs@gmail.com>.

For a problem, include:

1. Where you use Prettify: the web app and your browser, or the desktop app and your operating system.
2. On the desktop app, the version. Find it in Settings, under Updates.
3. The steps that cause the problem.

Do not send a document that contains secrets or personal data. If the problem needs a sample, remove the private values first.

## Report a bug in the app

The bug report form in Prettify sends the report directly, with no email needed.

1. Select Report Bug in the sidebar, or open the Command Palette with `Cmd+K` (Mac) / `Ctrl+K` (Windows, Linux) and search for it.
2. Type a title and a description.
3. Add a screenshot if it helps. You can paste it, drag it, or pick a file.
4. Send the report.

The report includes general context, for example the format, the view, and the app version. It never includes your document contents. See [Troubleshooting](https://prettify.tools/docs/troubleshooting) for fixes to common problems first.

## License and purchase help

After you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy emails your license key. To activate it, see [Prettify Pro](https://prettify.tools/docs/pro). If you cannot find the key or cannot activate it, email us with the address that you used to buy Pro.

## Refunds

Pro has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To ask for a refund, email <offleashlabs@gmail.com> or use the bug report form in the app. Include the email address that you used to buy Pro.
